I just need some time in a beautiful place to clear my head.

Good day.

I would rate my physical health as a 6. I am a active person, not as active as i would like but active none the less. I am on my feet all day at work and try to walk on weekends with my mother. I also try to eat well. I eat until i am full and what i eat for the most part is homemade food.  My spiritual health is a 7. I was born and raised catholic and do not normally talk to God. I fully believe in him and believe he is a higher power. But i believe that God is a higher power but there are other powers in this world. I say believe in yourself and what you can do and what energy you can send to the universe and other people. I have always been told that i light up a room and that i am always happy, i believe that it is because of my aura. By having a good aura you can make others feel good too! My psychological well being is a 5. I  am new to this whole worrying about my thoughts and worrying about whats going on in my mind. I am very good at not-not thinking. I feel like i am always thinking about something but i could not tell you what it is that i am thinking about. I find it very hard to focus on whats going on in my mind because i get side tracked. When i tried the relaxation exercise I could not get my mind to stop jumping from one thing to another. I have to force myself to focus on what was being said and finding it only lasts for about two and a half minuets and i am back to thinking about all the stuff i have to do or some random thoughts. I plan on working on relaxing and focusing on my thoughts. I am also trying to de clutter my brain a bit. Its a long overdue spring cleaning. I also am planning on working on my time management  By doing this i would like to find more time for exercising. I used to be a runner and have been missing it a lot lately and would really like to get back into it. I would also like to start doing yoga because it is good for the mind, body and soul.

  1. Shay,

I find your blog site very interesting and full of character. I found the relaxation exercise to be very helpful and welcoming, I have a 3 week old and lack of sleep so any help I can get I'll take and that relaxation technique really helped to put me at ease. I think that runners typically use that time to clear their mind so maybe you should get back to running and see if that will help with the declutter and spring cleaning of your mind. good luck
