The
two exercises I found to be beneficial are the subtle mind and
meditation. The subtle mind practice I learned how to quiet my
thoughts. When I did I wasn't really sure what to do from their but I
have learned what I could do to help. I have found that doing this in
the morning with some quick yoga moves gets me in a good mood. I also
enjoyed the waves it automatically brought me to the the beach. I
have practiced this exercise and have recently learned how to
included the feeling of warmth I was trying to do during my first try
at this practice. Meditation is the other practice that I have found
beneficial. I enjoy this exercise because it reminds me a lot of a
treatment I used to have done called zero balancing. During a session
I would lay on a table and relax as the practitioner would very
lightly apply pressure on specific acupressure points. While he did
this he would release the negative energy and allow positive energy
in. I have incorporated both of these practices into my daily routine
and am happy to say I have felt the difference in my stress level as
well as my awareness.
